About
Racios - time-management (ПЕВ) service, allowing to plan for long-term, medium-and short-term prospects for the distribution of tasks by priority.
Functionality of the project:
- Demonstrable ability in advance (for a year, month, week) to set important goals
- Clarification of objectives through the formulation of child tasks
- Tracking progress in the implementation goals
- Provide the user with summaries of the main goals at the level of Day
- Visual prioritization
The category of tasks (records) in Racios
- In Racios there are 2 categories of records: Goals strong> and tasks strong>
- Thus between them can be formed links: parent goal and child tasks
- The annual goals can have only monthly child goal strong>
- A month goal - only weekly child goals strong>
- At week's goal - only daytime child tasks
- In daily tasks can no longer be affiliated tasks
How to work with "Goals" and "tasks" in Racios
- If you move the Annual goal from one year to another, it simply moves
- If the annual goal to move to any month this year, it will be created and copied as a bunch of Parent-child goal target!
- If monthly goal to move to another month, it simply moves
- If monthly goal to move for a week, it will be created and copied as a bunch of Parent goal - a child goal
- Same for the weeks: moving between weeks = transfer target date. Transfer target of the Week to a day = creates child tasks
- Transfer tasks between days = date change task.
- Once (at any level of planning: year / month / week / day) create a bunch of Parent goal - a child task, by editing its title you can specify the target strong> (eat the elephant by steaks
And the most interesting: when you mark the child task as "done", the progress bar will increase parental goal!

We can derive the following rule of the goals and tasks in Racios: when moving goals / tasks of the "vertical" ( top-> down strong>: year-> month-> week-> day) - creates a child task.
